Terms and Conditions of Downland Produce Wiltshire LTD

Right of the Seller

Downland Produce Wiltshire Ltd reserves the right to update product prices on the website at any time. The purchase price will be the price at the time of your order. Please note, the displayed prices do not include delivery costs.

We also reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any time and shall not be liable for any such withdrawal.

In case an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify the buyer with the option to either wait for restocking or receive a refund for the unavailable items.

Collections Policy

Orders can be collected from B5 Ashville Centre, Commerce Way, Melksham SN12 6ZE. Orders placed before 7am are available for same-day collection. Please inform us if you opt for collection during checkout. Collection hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm.

Detailed Delivery and Returns Information

Our delivery service operates from Monday to Thursday using a next-day courier. We offer free delivery for local areas within 5 miles of SN12 6ZE on orders over £30. Orders outside this area are subject to delivery charges and delivered by our courier the next working day. For delivery concerns, contact us, and we will liaise with our courier.

We commit to the highest quality standards. If your order does not meet these standards, email us with a photo of the produce as soon as possible for resolution. Issues related to condition or late delivery will involve a claim process with the courier.

Price and Payment Details

Payments are processed at the time of order. Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received and cleared. We use Paymentsense for secure transactions. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be detailed at checkout.

Festive Season Special Delivery Information

For the festive season, please adhere to our specific delivery deadlines: Whole Turkey & Goose by midnight, Sunday, 10th December; Cooked Ham & Gammon by midnight, Sunday, 10th December; and all other products by midnight, Sunday, 17th December. Note that there will be no delivery on 26th December and 2nd January.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

We may update these terms at any time, which does not affect the terms accepted by the buyer at the point of purchase. Continued use of this website signifies acceptance of any modified terms and conditions.
