Sausages, burgers & kebabs

We have a wide product range including (but not restricted to):

Pork, Apple & Cider Sausages – our best-selling traditional sausage is given west country makeover. We add locally made cider apple chutney and a traditional cider made locally by Iford Cider. A great all-round sausage which can go great on the BBQ or with mash and gravy! Remember all of our sausages, burgers and kebabs are GLUTEN FREE.

Beef burgers – our beef burgers are hand made using the finest cuts of shoulder meat from our locally reared beef animals. The freshly minced meat is then mixed with a secret mix of herbs and spices before being hand pressed to the customer needs. Remember all of our sausages, burgers and kebabs are GLUTEN FREE.

Lamb Kofta – our lamb kofta kebabs are scrumptious, they are packed full of garlic and coriander. We also add a little lemon juice to cut through the lamb richness, to give a perfectly balanced alternative on the BBQ. Remember all of our sausages, burgers and kebabs are GLUTEN FREE.

Pork, Leek & Chilli Burgers – these burgers are delicious! We use freshly minced pork and hand mix leeks and chilli jam. They can be grilled, BBQ’d or fried. Sweet and with a slight kick, these always impress and are a great alternative to beef burgers.
