We source most of our game from Oakland Park in Berkshire and it is of the highest quality.
All of their hunters are registered with Oakland Park to ensure that they conform to their strict requirements and principles.
You can choose whole carcasses or specific cuts, diced meats, trim and stock bones from Red, Roe, Fallow, Muntjac and Sika deer. For example, we offer muntjac haunches (on the bone, butterfly, diced, boned and rolled), muntjac saddles (on the bone, dragonfly, shoulders, or whole fillets), and similar cuts for other species of deer. In addition we offer a delicious range of outstanding venison sausages, meatballs, burgers, and koftas.
We can also supply fabulous wild boar meat and a choice of game birds; Partridge, Pheasant, Duck and Pigeon.
Wild game meat is a nutritious, natural, and sustainable source of lean protein and is free from antibiotics, hormones and other additives commonly found in most farmed meat. Locally sourced wild game also typically has a lower carbon footprint than meat from traditionally farmed animals. In addition, game meat has a delicious flavour and there are many wonderful and distinctive dishes that can be prepared with game meat or simply use it in your everyday dishes in place of your ‘tradditional’ meat.
