At Downland Produce, we pride ourselves on offering flexible and cost-effective shipping, regardless of where you live.  Based in Melksham in Wiltshire, we can offer both free local delivery or delivery by courier to most addresses across the UK.  We are happy to let you choose your delivery date at checkout.

All orders are shipped for free when you spend £75 or more.

Delivery charges

We define our local delivery area as the postcodes SN8-SN15, BA1-BA15, SP3, BS31 and BS39.

Within these areas, we can offer you free delivery on Tuesdays and Fridays.

To deliver to other areas in the UK (or locally on other days) we charge £8.99 if delivered Tuesday – Friday or £12.99 if delivered on a Saturday.

At checkout, you can choose your own delivery date.

Market collections

As well as delivering to addresses across the UK, you can find us at several markets across London on the weekend.  You can place your order on the website and choose collection (on a day of your choosing) from one of these London markets:

  • Broadway Market, London E8 4PH: Saturday & Sunday
  • Brook Green Market, London W14 0DT: Saturday
  • Chatsworth Road Market, London E5 0LH: Sunday
  • Wanstead Market, London E11 2AE: 1st Sunday of every month

Collection from our unit

You are more than welcome to come to our unit in Melksham to collect your order.  All orders must be placed on the website first.

  • Location: B5 Ashville Centre, Commerce Way, Melksham, SN12 6ZE
  • Collection Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm
  • We can accept orders up to 11:00am for same-day collection, but will need at least a couple of hours’ notice so that we can prepare your order.
  • Please choose your delivery date and time slot at checkout when placing your order.
