Our pork is prepared fresh and our sausages are handmade to various recipes.
We do not always make the full range every week just to ‘ring the changes’ for our customers after all variety is the spice of life ! However, our Traditional sausages are our top line and are always available.
Our beef comes from our neighbours farm in Lacock from a South Devon Herd. The meat is hung for at least 23 days producing mature cuts high in flavour and extremely tender.
Downland Pigs Ltd has just opened their online shop to enable customers to buy Award Winning Pork for direct delivery. In the past few years Downland have received 32 awards from Taste of The West and Great Taste, 16 being Gold Awards.
For past ten years Downland Pork and Charcuterie has only been available at London Farmers Markets and for local delivery. Following requests from customers the online service means that product can be delivered within 24 hours of order on the website:
