Over the past few years we have taken our freshly cooked pork to our customers by having hog roasts at various special events.
Hog roasts have become very popular at weddings and parties because of the exceptional value for money when catering for large numbers of guests.
Each guest will have a bap, made freshly for us by a local bakery, filled with a generous portion of roast pork with Apple Sauce and our own homemade Apricot stuffing – plus a portion of crackling.
Our selection of additions to the hog roast are all homemade and include coleslaw, potato or pasta salads. We also can provide an exceptional vegetarian option of roasted mediterranean vegetables with olives or haloumi cheese.
Please contact us if you would like a hog roast for your wedding, party, fete or other special event. We just need to know when, where and what you want by way of salads and accompaniments.
All we need on the day are somewhere to put up our canopy (or marquee),access to a water tap and 13amp electric supply. As it takes about 6 hours to cook the meat we will arrive about 7 hours before the serving time
All you have to do is enjoy the event knowing the catering is in safe hands.
